Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
